Section 2: Return & Exchange Eligibility Criteria

Due to the high-value nature of fine jewellery, items submitted for return or exchange must strictly satisfy the following corporate quality control benchmarks:

  1. Timeline: The item must be securely dispatched or brought to our bureau within 7 days from the documented date of delivery.

  2. Prerogative Conditions: Returns and size exchanges are accommodated if an item is received with an incorrect size specification, or exhibits a verified manufacturing defect upon arrival.

  3. Pristine Condition Required: Items must be completely unworn, unaltered, and free of any micro-scratches, scuffs, structural marks, or signs of wear.

  4. Packaging & Authentication Seals: The piece must be enclosed in its original, untampered Solo Bahrain Jewellery WLL luxury box and protective packaging. It must be accompanied by all original documentation, including the Product Certificate and the Original Invoice.

Important Tampering Disclaimer: solobh.com will not accept any items that exhibit microscopic signs of unauthorized resizing, customer modification, or structural tampering. Any such pieces will be rejected by our quality control board and returned immediately to the sender at the customer's sole financial expense.

Section 3: The Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Procedure

To initiate a secure return or exchange within Bahrain, please follow this authorized protocol:

  1. Initiate Request (Within 3 Working Days): Transmit an official request to info@solobh.com or reach out to our team via WhatsApp at +973 33464734. Please specify your Order Number and the precise reason for the return or exchange. Our compliance team will issue a formal response within 3 working days.

  2. Secure Protective Packing: Place the jewellery piece inside its original gift box along with the original certificates and invoices. Wrap the luxury gift box in a secure layer of bubble wrap or protective shielding to eliminate the risk of transit damage.

  3. Logistics Clearance: Affix your return shipping label securely to the exterior of the parcel. Ship the package directly to our central bureau: Solo Bahrain Jewellery WLL, Building 181, Road 83, Block 907, Riffa, Kingdom of Bahrain. For ring size replacements, any local return courier fees are borne by the client.

  4. Authentication & Reversal (10 to 15 Working Days): Upon receipt, our gemologists will perform a meticulous quality and authenticity check. Once approved as a legitimate return, an email confirmation will be issued. Your refund will be processed back to the original local payment method or bank account within 10–15 business days, varying by financial institution.

Section 4: Refund Architecture & Limitations

  • Scope of Refund: Solo Bahrain Jewellery WLL provides a full refund of the net purchase price paid for the product asset, provided it passes authenticity metrics. Supplementary operational expenses, including localized delivery fees, are non-refundable.

  • Processing Cycle: The complete verification, internal audit, and payment reversal process may take up to a maximum of 30 days from the physical date of asset receipt at our Riffa headquarters.

  • Failure to Comply with Timelines: If a client fails to return the physical asset within the designated legal timeframes—even if a cancellation request was validly initiated via WhatsApp or email—Solo Bahrain Jewellery WLL reserves the explicit right to void the return request or pass any operational recovery costs onto the client.
