  • Local Logistics & Delivery: Dispatch and delivery timelines within Bahrain may vary according to product availability. Solo Bahrain Jewellery WLL shall not be held liable for delivery delays resulting from local courier constraints or events of force majeure.

  • Eligibility: To enter into a contract with solobh.com as a minor, you must execute the transaction under the direct supervision of a family member who is the authorized cardholder or account owner of the designated payment method.

  • Right of Refusal: Solo Bahrain Jewellery WLL retains the absolute right to refuse, limit, or cancel any transaction, order quantity, or service request at its sole discretion.

  • Account Accuracy: When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided to us are true, accurate, and current. You further warrant that you are an authorized user of the credit card, debit card, or banking account utilized to place the order, and that sufficient funds exist to cover the total cost of the goods.

  • Market Fluctuations: The costs of precious metals, gemstones, and related jewellery services are subject to continuous market fluctuations. All advertised prices are tied to live market rates and are subject to change instantly without prior notice.

Section 3: Product Integrity & Disclaimers

Precious Metals & Weight Variance Disclaimer: Due to the artisanal nature of fine jewellery manufacturing and final polishing processes, the final weight of precious metals (gold, platinum, silver) and gemstone carat weights may exhibit minor variations from the stated weights on the product details page. Images displayed on solobh.com are highly magnified for detail; actual item sizes and colour profiles may vary slightly depending on your device’s display settings.

Section 4: Digital Shopping & Checkout Procedures

A. Shopping Cart Management

The "View Cart" interface displays all items currently selected for purchase, along with precise item specifications. From this screen, you may update item quantities, remove specific products, or empty your cart entirely before proceeding.

B. The Checkout Process

Upon initiating checkout, the system will generate a summary detailing the aggregate value of your items alongside applicable statutory taxes (such as VAT). You will be prompted to select your preferred local delivery method and input a valid shipping address within the Kingdom of Bahrain. Applicable delivery fees will then be calculated and appended to the final balance.

C. Order Confirmation & Payment

As the final step, you will select your preferred local payment gateway or option.

  • Card/Benefit Payments: Upon receipt of your order, we execute a standard verification check on your payment method to ensure the availability of funds. Your account will be debited immediately upon authorization.

  • Escrow/Deposit Structure: Funds debited upon authorization are treated as a secure deposit against the value of the goods purchased. Once the items have been securely dispatched for delivery and a confirmation email has been transmitted to you, this deposit will be legally applied as consideration for the purchased goods as itemized in your confirmation email.

Section 5: Pricing and Local Delivery Fees

A. Exclusions from Advertised Prices

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, listed product prices do not include charges for local delivery, insurance, handling, or other government-mandated fees. Itemized calculations for each applicable fee will be clearly displayed on your final order acknowledgment screen.

B. Logistics & Weight Adjustments

Estimated delivery dates are calculated based on item availability. Delivery rates for our luxury items are weight-based. Individual product weights can be reviewed on their respective detail pages. In accordance with standard logistics policies, all shipment weights are rounded up to the next full unit increment to reflect delivery billing structures.
