Delivery Conditions: Delivery windows are estimates only. Actual transit times may vary due to traffic, adverse weather conditions, secure courier availability, public holidays, banking hours, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Order & Price Confirmation
After you submit an enquiry through our Website, WhatsApp, phone, or in person, our team will formally verify and lock in your order details. This confirmation will explicitly state:

The final price locked at the exact moment of confirmation (Note: Due to the continuous volatility of the gold spot market, pricing is only guaranteed once formally confirmed by our team).

5. Security & Proof of Delivery
To safeguard both our clients and our brand against the risks inherent to high-value goods, Solo Bahrain enforces strict chain-of-custody protocols upon handover:

Authorized Recipients: Deliveries will only be handed over to the registered customer who placed the order, or to a representative authorized by the customer in writing prior to dispatch.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Once a signature or confirmation is given, the item is legally deemed delivered in flawless condition, and Solo Bahrain Jewellery W.L.L. cannot accept liability for external defects reported thereafter.
7. Failed or Refused Deliveries

Unsuccessful Attempts: If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, the address provided is incorrect/incomplete, or the recipient refuses to provide adequate identification, the secure courier will return the product to our corporate office. A re-delivery may be scheduled based on courier availability and may incur additional coordination time.

Unjustified Refusals: If a confirmed order is refused at the door without a valid, documented reason (such as visible damage to the item prior to signing), the order will be processed in accordance with our standard Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Split Transactions & Card Statements
Please note that processing multiple high-value transactions or adjusting order parameters may result in multiple separate entries on the cardholder's monthly bank statement. This is standard banking practice and occurs when an order is split across multiple authorized charges.
